Key Rules

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories:  This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec).
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories).
• Germany, France (excluding Overseas France), Sweden, Austria, Spain, and Norway.
• Australia.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between September 27, 2021 at 10:00am Pacific Time and October 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations:  In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

Either:

i. Visit the following URL - https://tiltify.com/@life-is-strange-official/true-colors - and make donation of at least two United States dollars ($2.00 USD) to OutRight Action international on the “Jacket Raffle” tier and follow the other instructions on that website.  Each separate qualifying donation is one (1) entry.

ii. Handwrite your name, phone number, and email address using blue or black ink on a white 3-inch by 5-inch (or similar) index card, place the index card into a sealed envelope, and mail the envelope to either of the two following addresses:

Entries created, duplicated, or modified by any automated or mechanical system will be disqualified. Each received index card is one (1) entry.

• There is no limit on the number of entries per person.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s      designee, shall select four (4) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries.

G. Prize(s): One (1) grand-prize winner shall receive each of the following prizes:

• One (1) custom jacket with original patch designs from mxmtoon and Life is Strange (approximately retail value of $275 USD/€230 EUR)
• One (1) copy of the Life is Strange: True Colors Ultimate Edition for one of the following platforms (at winner’s discretion): PC Steam, Microsoft Xbox One, Microsoft Xbox Series S|X, Sony PlayStation 4, Sony PlayStation 5, or Google Stadia (approximate retail value of $79.99 USD/€79.99 EUR)

Three (3) runner-up prize winners shall each receive each of the following prize(s):

• One (1) digital copy of the Life is Strange: True Colors Ultimate Edition for one of the following platforms (at winner’s discretion): PC Steam, Microsoft Xbox One, Microsoft Xbox       Series S|X, Sony PlayStation 4, Sony PlayStation 5, Google Stadia (approximate retail value of $79.99 USD/€79.99 EUR)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about November 7, 2021 via email.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited.

J. Other Details:  Please do not enter or participate in the Promotion if it may be unsafe for you to do so for any reason.  The identity of the winners may be publicly displayed on the @lifeisstrangegame and @mxmtoon accounts, and other platforms and media.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
