LIFE IS STRANGE: TRUE COLORS X BEOPLAY PORTAL SWEEPSTAKES (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES 

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence.  Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories:  This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in the United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories) at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”).

C. Age Limit:  This Promotion is open only to individuals 16 years of age or older at the date and time of entry. 

D. Entry Period:  You may enter the Promotion only between 26 October 2021 at 17:00 (BST) and 5 November 2021 at 17:00 (GMT) (the “Entry Period”).  

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations:  In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

To enter the Promotion, contestants must have a Twitter account. To create a Twitter account, go to https://twitter.com/i/flow/signup. 

To enter the Promotion, contestants must log into their Twitter account and then re-tweet the specified tweet on the @LifeIsStrange Twitter feed within the Entry Period.

Only one entry per person. If multiple entries are posted, only the first one submitted will be accepted.

F. Winner Selection:  The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one (1) winner from among all entries using the following methodology: Sponsor shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries. 

G. Prize(s):  The winner shall receive each of the following prizes:  

• Beoplay Portal – Grey Mist (approximate retail value of £499.00 GBP);

• Life is Strange: True Colors x Beoplay Portal headphone-case (approximate retail value of £72.95 GBP); and

• Digital copy of Life is Strange: True Colors Ultimate Edition game for Xbox (approximate retail value of £69.99 GBP),

(together, the “Prize”).

H. Winner Notification:  Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about the date which is thirty (30) days following the end of the Entry Period via direct mail to the winner’s Twitter account used for entry.     

I. Sponsor:  The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited. 

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
