LIFE IS STRANGE: TRUE COLORS LIVESTREAM SWEEPSTAKES (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES 

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence.  Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories:  This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”): 

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico

• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories)

• Germany, France (excluding Overseas France), Sweden, Austria, Spain and Norway.

• Australia 

C. Age Limit:  This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry. 

D. Entry Period:  Between 10 November 2021 at 17:00 (BST) and 15 December 2021 at 23:59 (GMT) (the “Entry Period”), the Sponsor (identified below) shall host one or more livestreams on Twitch at http://www.twitch.tv/squareenix (each, a “Livestream”). Sponsor will publicly announce the specific date and time for each Livestream in advance.  Sponsor reserves the right to not hold a particular Livestream, or to change the date or time of a particular Livestream.  

During the Livestreams, Sponsor will announce four (4) or more entry periods (each, a “Giveaway Entry Period”).  

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations:  In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during a Giveaway Entry Period:

• sign into your Twitch account (if you do not already have a Twitch account, you can sign up for one for free at Twitch.com);

• be present in the Livestream in the Twitch chat window during a Giveaway Entry Period; and

• enter “!giveaway” into the Twitch chat during a Giveaway Entry Period.

You may submit one entry during each Giveaway Entry Period, but only one entry per person per Giveaway Entry Period. If you submit multiple entries during a single Giveaway Entry Period, only the first one submitted will be accepted.

F. Winner Selection:  The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one (1) winner per Sweepstakes Entry Period from among all entries submitted during that Sweepstakes Entry Period using the following methodology: Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select one (1) winner through a random drawing from among all entries for each Sweepstakes Entry Period. 

G. Prize(s):  Each winner shall receive each of the following prize(s):  

• One (1) box (approximate retail value of £14.30 GBP/ €16.74 EUR)

• One (1) jacket (size will depend on availability) and three (3) jacket patches (approximate retail value of £31.35 GBP/ €36.71 EUR)

• One (1) pin badge (approximate retail value of £3.75 GBP/ €4.39 EUR)

• One (1) sticker sheet (approximate retail value of £4.80 GBP/ €5.62 EUR)

• Four (4) drinks coasters (approximate retail value of £2.80 GBP/ €3.27 EUR)

• One (1) double-sided foam core board poster (approximate retail value of £5.30 GBP/ €6.21 EUR)

H. Winner Notification:  Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify each winner within one (1) week from the end of the relevant Sweepstakes Entry Period via an announcement during the relevant Livestream and/or by a private message to the winner via Twitch. 

I. Sponsor:  The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited. 

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
